Mogens Lykketoft<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the Â鶹APP General Assembly, H.E. Mogens Lykketoft, expressed outrage at the bombings in Baghdad which killed dozens of people and left many more badly injured.<\/p>\n<p>This horrific act of violence perpetrated upon people, including many children, just going about their business during the Holy month of Ramadan is outrageous. This despicable attack is to be condemned in the strongest possible terms,&#8221; Mr Lykketoft said on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their loved ones.
