Mogens Lykketoft, on the\u00a0Cyclone Winston that struck Fiji on last Saturday<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">New York, 22 February 2016 &#8212; The President of the UN General Assembly, H. E. Mr. Mogens Lykketoft, sends his deepest condolences to the families and friends of those who lost their lives in the wake of Cyclone Winston, the biggest storm to hit the country of Fiji in living memory.
