Park Ji-sung is one of Asia's most celebrated footballers and a pioneer for Korean football on the global stage. After making his name at PSV Eindhoven ¡ª where he reached the UEFA Champions League semi-finals ¡ª Park moved to Manchester United in 2005, becoming the first Asian player to win the Premier League. Over seven seasons at Old Trafford, he won four league titles, lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy in 2008, and became the first Asian player to feature in a Champions League final the following year.

Park earned 100 caps for South Korea and represented his country in three FIFA World Cups ¡ª scoring in each tournament. He played a pivotal role in the nation's historic run to the semi-finals at the 2002 World Cup on home soil, and captained the national team at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Since retiring, Park has remained actively involved in football governance and development. A graduate of the FIFA Master programme, he is the founder of the JS Foundation ¡ª dedicated to promoting football-driven education and opportunity for young people. He currently serves as Chairperson of the AFC Professional Football Committee and as a member of the FIFA Men¡¯s Football Stakeholders Committee.
