Following a distinguished playing career with AS Roma and AC Milan, where he won two European Cups, he transitioned to the dugout. Renowned for his calm management style and tactical flexibility, "Carletto" has successfully managed Europe's biggest clubs, including Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid. His name is permanently etched into football history as the only manager to win all five of Europe's major local leagues and, even more remarkably, the sole manager to have clinched 5 UEFA Champions League titles. Currently, he faces a historic challenge as the head coach of Brazil, a team he will lead at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
